We want you to love your purchase — but due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we have a strict 3-day return policy.

 

📩 Return Request Within 3 Days

 

You must email us at bellelaruestore@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return. After 3 days, no return requests will be accepted.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You must provide your order number, photo of item, and reason for return
• We will review your request and respond via email with next steps

 

 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

• Used or opened items
• Beauty, haircare, or personal care products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

 

📦 Shipping Returns

 

If approved:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective
• We will send you instructions for returning the item to us
• Items returned without email approval will be refused

 

 

 

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if the return is approved
• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Please allow your bank time to reflect the refund
